Sadly, there are a decent number of stages where this isn’t possible, like stages where you have to kill all officers or you need to protect someone who would otherwise die easily. The only thing to mention is that like True Musou, having a higher renbu gauge increases the chances of you killing said officer. 9 out of ten times the commander will die outright and you’ll have finished the stage in 1-3 minutes. Once you’ve used that, use a musou attack. Now, what you do is roll up to the enemy main camp, enter, find the commander, and then use fire. Musou spirit builds musou while you are riding it, very useful. If it has renbu spirit that is a plus, but musou spirit is nigh required. Obviously a Red Hare would be ideal but it isn’t going to matter much. You can keep farming horses until you get one of the unique ones, or you can use the time trick, but the short answer is that that stuff isn’t necessary. Once you have a weapon, next you need a horse. Air Wave and Leech provide alright bonuses, the rest are either not useful for this build or bad. The rest are only kind of useful or not useful at all. A frozen chaos officer isn’t going to be hurting you, is he? The advantage of that should be self-explanatory. So in the case of the ice element, you are more likely to freeze them. Essentially, it makes it happen more often. Mystic Seal – Increase element effectiveness. Regardless, the difference in damage is noticeable and this skill should be obtained if possible. This makes your musou attack either do more damage, makes flash activate more often, or both (it’s hard to quantify when enemies have such high defense). True Musou – This makes your musou a true musou attack even when your life isn’t red. It’s also necessary for a rushing strategy. On chaos, where all officers have really high defense, this is amazing. This ability has a random chance of causing massive damage, much more than a regular attack. If it doesn’t have this, it sucks and is garbage. As for abilities…įlash – Your weapon has to have this, period. For the element, I’d say ice is far and away the best element.
Green weapons gain an attack range bonus as the renbu gauge increases, red ones do more damage. The other two have fire but they get an ability that increases the range, not damage, and that isn’t nearly as useful.Īs for the weapon, you can have either a green or red one (finding a blue one with decent attack power can take forever and I wouldn’t suggest it). I use Zhen Ji personally, but Zhuge Liang works just as well.

For a lot of stages, you can get to the enemy main camp pretty easily and then kill the enemy commander to win the stage quickly. Some stages are really easy and some are quite hard. Alright, now it is time to do all the stages on chaos difficulty.
